There is a moment on every Magic Dreams trip that stays etched in your memory: that instant when the catamaran comes to a halt, the engine falls silent, and all you can hear is the gentle lapping of the water against the hull of the Lagoon 43. We are anchored in one of Jandía’s sheltered bays, and here, blue is not just a colour; it is a state of mind.
Unlike other tours where everything seems to be timed down to the minute, on our most exclusive experience we want time to flow naturally. It’s not about how many minutes we spend standing still, but how you experience them.
Anchoring in calm waters: your own private playground
When we drop anchor in these crystal-clear waters, the boat becomes an extension of the ocean. As this experience is designed for those aged 12 and over, the atmosphere is one of absolute serenity. It’s time to leave your sandals on deck and jump into the water.
For those looking for a bit of action, our paddleboards are ready and waiting. There’s no better way to appreciate the volcanic silhouette of Fuerteventura than gliding across the water at your own pace. And if you’d rather see what’s happening beneath the surface, we’ll lend you snorkelling gear. The seabed at Morro Jable is a garden of volcanic rocks where grouper and white seabream swim in complete tranquillity.
Flavours that evoke the sea
Whilst you’re enjoying your swim, something special is being prepared in the Magic Dreams kitchen. We wanted the cuisine to match the scenery, which is why we’re serving a selection of gourmet tapas created by the team at the Salvaje restaurant.
Forget run-of-the-mill buffets. Here, we’re talking about bites designed to complement the sea breeze: local produce prepared with creativity and served with the kind of care that only a small team can provide. It is, quite possibly, the best pairing you’ll find on the whole island: signature cuisine, a glass of chilled cava, and the Jandía skyline as the only backdrop.
Design that promotes relaxation
If you’d rather stay dry, the design of our new Lagoon 43 is your best friend. These boats are designed so that the boundary between the interior and the deck is virtually non-existent. You can relax in the shaded lounge and still feel as though you’re right by the sea.
Our crew know every nook and cranny of this coastline and know the best time for each activity, depending on the wind and the tide.
