To match the unique experience of sailing on our traditional wooden schooner, we have created a lunch that celebrates fine dining. Whilst anchored in the coves of southern Fuerteventura, we will serve top-quality dishes prepared on board the Schooner Aphrodite.
We begin with a delicious Mediterranean couscous with roasted vegetables and tzatziki sauce, followed by a tender roasted beef tenderloin with aromatic herbs, mushroom sauce and confit potatoes. For those who prefer the vegetarian option, we offer our Mozarabic vegetarian burger accompanied by rice infused with the flavours of Zahara.
All this is paired with an open bar of chilled cava, a selection of white and rosé wines, beer, soft drinks and water to round off an unforgettable day.
