In mid-July, the Fuerteventura skyline was bathed in white, gold and shared excitement. Aboard the Magic Select catamaran, the Magic & Sailing team welcomed a new sailing season with a special event that has already become a tradition: the white-themed opening party, with music, sea and smiles off the coast of Jandía.
More than just a celebration, the day was a living expression of the values that have defined the company since its family origins: Human connection, gratitude, teamwork, and love for the ocean. Dressed in white, with the sea as their witness and the sunset as their backdrop, attendees shared an experience where the vibes were as clear as the Canarian sky that sheltered them.
From the DJ’s first chord to the last glimmers of the sun setting on the horizon, the atmosphere on board was one of pure joy. Dancing, conversation, spontaneous laughter and moments of true relaxation defined the afternoon and evening. A special energy filled every corner of the catamaran, reminding us why the sea remains the favourite destination for those seeking more than just an excursion: they are looking for an unforgettable memory.
The event was also an opportunity to publicly thank the collaborating tour operators for their continued support. Their teams of guides and offices have worked alongside Magic & Sailing year after year, contributing their professionalism and friendliness. Their presence at this event was undoubtedly an essential part of its success.
Likewise, there was an emotional recognition of the company’s human team: captains, sailors and shore personnel who, with their effort, dedication and warmth, make it possible for each voyage to become a smooth, safe and magical experience.
For Magic & Sailing, these types of gatherings are not just a symbol of the start of the season: they reflect their understanding of the sea and hospitality. Every detail, every song and every glance shared under the Majorero sky is part of a much larger mission: to offer authentic experiences that will remain etched in the memory, while respecting the natural environment and caring for those who make the trip possible.
With a final toast and the echo of music blending with the waves, this welcome edition came to a close. But as the team says: ‘Another season, another memory created.’ And they are already counting down the days until the next gathering under the southern stars of Fuerteventura.
