There is a widespread misconception among visitors to Fuerteventura: that boat trips involve eating ‘battle rations’. At Magic & Sailing, since our inception we have strived to ensure that the memory of the taste is as powerful as that of seeing dolphins. So, if you are looking for an experience where your taste buds also get to travel, you have two options that are a far cry from the usual catering.
On the Magic Deluxe, we focus on ‘luxury in the details’. Aboard this Lagoon 450S for only 12 people, lunch is a ritual. Forget plastic plates; here we’re talking about beef tenderloin with mushroom sauce and confit potatoes, preceded by a Mediterranean couscous that tastes of freshness.
On the other hand, if you are looking for modern sophistication, Magic Dreams (exclusive for those over 12 years old) has raised the bar. We have brought the flavours of the prestigious Salvaje restaurant directly to our deck. Imagine sampling gourmet tapas while sailing off the coast of Jandía. It is cutting-edge cuisine in the wildest setting on the island.
Ultimately, it’s a choice between the classic elegance of a chef’s menu or the dynamism of signature tapas. In both cases, pairing with our premium wines and cava is included, because we know that a toast overlooking the Atlantic is the best possible dessert.
