
If the port of Morro Jable had an official aroma, for many of our customers it would be that of the Mozarabic chicken we prepare at Magic Select. Over the years, this dish has become more than just lunch: it is the hallmark of hospitality on our 23-metre catamaran.
Sailing on the Magic Select is synonymous with space and comfort, but when the engine is turned off and the aroma of spices begins to rise from the kitchen, the energy of the boat changes. Served with rice and fresh vegetables, our Mozarabic chicken is the perfect reward after a morning of sunshine and sightings.
It is a menu designed for everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, simple but with that touch of ‘real cooking’ that those who spend four hours with us appreciate so much. It is not fast food; it is food to enjoy sitting in our hammocks, feeling the breeze of Jandía and sharing a table with the horizon as our only witness.
